What CLIENTS can expect

I work with you to help put a strategy in place to achieve the best possible outcome for you and your children. There are 5 key elements of every high conflict divorce. I work to connect the dots so that they all work together: 1) Attorney selection and communication, 2) Your emotional well-being, 3) Navigating the court system, 4) Communicating with a high conflict co-parent. 5) The children's well being.

Here are some other ways that divorce coaching can support you:

       - Intake session to understand current dynamics, legal posture, and parenting                     priorities.                                                                                                                                                      - Referral network for attorneys, clinical and forensic psychologists, mediators,                     therapists, support groups, other experts familiar with narcissistic                                           personalities.

       - Conflict Management Coaching: Tools and strategies for emotional regulation                  and de-escalation with a high-conflict co-parent.

       - Communication Skills: Guidance on neutral, legally appropriate co-parenting                    communication (texts, email, verbal).

       - Parenting & Custody Support: Help understanding custody processes and                           parenting plans; preparation for mediation and hearings.

       - Co-Parenting Strategies: Training in parenting methods and boundary setting.

       - Child-Centered Coaching: Focus on minimizing emotional harm to children;                      support in identifying and responding to signs of distress.
